Seamus Carthy founded the firm in 2001, Seamus worked in Dublin after graduating from Dublin DIT but decided to move back to his roots in Roscommon and open his own business in Roscommon Town.

We are a general practice agency dealing in all aspects of residential sales, commercial and agricultural property. Seamus is a Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuer through his membership of The Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and also The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) ensuring only the highest standards for our clients.
