Out of a 4 times placed half-sister to Grade 2 winner I'msingingtheblues.
Damsire Alflora add another layer of quality.
From the family of Grand National and Irish Grand National winner Numbersixvalverde!
As a foal she was purchased for £14,000 but with the owners choosing to focus on Flat racing she became available and we believe we picked her up at extremely good value, especially considering she is GBB 100%. She was purchased at the GoffsGo Late March Sale. bloodstock agent Jerry McGrath was really taken by her deep English pedigree, read his comments below.
Jerry McGrath - "Lot 1 from the GoffsGo Late March Sale was the Passing Glance filly out of a Alflora mare, What drew our attention to this filly was obviously she's a three-year-old, trying to get a store bought early in the store season is good. Always nice to get one on the board. She's by Passing Glance and out of an Alflora Mare. Really good old-fashioned English staying pedigree. Dam By Alflora, as we said, she's already bred two winners, one a black type and the other one, Pique Rock, who's a King's Theatre mare who's won three races, two of them over hurdles and one over fences as well as 3 PTP wins.
There’s plenty of strength in depth to the family. And I think it's a real English pedigree, which is great. She's a February foal, she's good and forward looking. She's been long reined and half prepped for a sale already, which is great. And I think very importantly, she's 100% GBB. And obviously nowadays, fillies and mares can earn up to £100,000 so £10,000 for bumpers £20,000 for novice hurdles and even £30,000 over fences so it's a great initiative and I think it's very important when you're buying stores that the fillies are GBB with the British bred ones.
She's an exciting filly that we can crack on with and buying her this early in the season I’d be very confident she'd be a filly that could be out in the start of next season as in October or November in either three-year-old bumpers or those three-year-old National Hunt novice hurdles. So, an exciting filly, good sire, good dam sire. And, you know, she's a quality filly and hopefully you will have plenty of fun with her".
