A 2022 gelding by Blue Bresil, Up For Grabs offers the opportunity to enjoy racehorse ownership as part of a four-person partnership.
Share price: £10,000 + VAT for 25%
Training and care: £16.88 per day per share + VAT, calculated from the horse’s £67.50 daily rate
The daily rate includes routine farrier and veterinary costs, along with transport to the races. Surgery, including any wind operation, would be an additional cost. Insurance is optional and arranged by each owner.
Neil will make training and racing decisions in consultation with the owners. The likely plan is to begin with a bumper before progressing through maiden and novice hurdles, with chasing a longer-term possibility. Races will be chosen as the horse develops, with no specific targets set at this stage.
If the horse is sold, the intention is to offer him at public auction.
